How do you fix distorted colors on a projection big screen TV (Mitsibushi)
I'm getting bars around the perimeter of screen making the image almost oval shaped. The colors look like if you press hard onto a cell phone screen

I’d bet that you have bad connections on the convergence board.
You probably should not attempt to repair it yourself.
And it’s gonna have to go to the shop. Best plan: haul it in yourself to the tv shop, and get an estimate before repairs.
